Trial Run

This post is two-fold.  One.  We recently had internet service established in our home so now I can blog again!  YAY This is a trial post to check out the new format to which I am NOT accustomed!

Two.  I JOGGED (which I was assured is a form of running) yesterday!  I have been exercising and the last time I made an attempt to jog, it was sad  sorry pathetic!  But this time I ran (insert the word jog so I am keeping it real) all the way to the corner and BACK without stopping.

This gal is happy!
